The years in which I have dedicated myself to Pastry with trials, errors and successes have allowed me to gain experience.

It has generated in me a creative spirit and a knowledge of ingredients, products and resources to be able to bring to our guests: global experiences and flavors , respecting local traditions and the peculiarities of each culture , maintaining my
essence.

 

Background

I am Peruvian, I was born near the capital Lima. I am a Pastry Chef, I really like research and development of new products. I started in Peru, discovering my first knowledge with Sabina Flores, Cake Decoration and Basic Pastry Course, my first job was for an Insurance Company, lending my Catering Services and also for personal Events ( varied snacks ) , in all these years of experience , I decided to travel to the United States, which is why I have the beautiful experience of having worked in restaurants on production line which taught me much more about restaurant organization and management and maintenance of food and temperature.
